BSR offers our customers a variety of inspections to service your specific needs.  Whether you're buying or selling a home or just needing a third party option, BSR takes pride in our inspections giving you the best inspection at the best price, servicing the Upper Cumberland with reliable inspections.

Having a passion for the outdoors along with residential home construction, becoming a certified home inspector made perfect sense.  The dream of becoming a home inspector was soon a reality, after graduating from AHITU (American Home Inspector Training University) and completing my state exam.  When BSR is not performing inspections, continual education is always in mind.  With construction and residential building science constantly evolving, it is very important for us to learn so we can pass this knowledge on to our customers, giving  the best service we can. 
 

BSR is more than just a report,. We have dedicated our services to insure each customer is well advised and informed about the current conditions of the inspected home.  ​How is this done?  BSR only schedules 2 inspections per day per inspector to guarantee we have time for you.  We encourage our clients to tag along during the inspection, ask questions, express concerns you may have, or just hang out.
